We have been ordering from here for years... LOVE the food... but lately the customer service and delivery leaves a lot to be desired... and after my experience tonight we will be finding a new place to order from... I specifically asked that the driver text me when here with the food and NOT to ring the bell. The driver sat the food on the dirty ground... rang the bell... and took off before we even got to the door... NOT acceptable. THEN when I called the restaurant, the girl that answered acted like it was no big deal... was rude, and cost Mandarin Chef off future business. Customer service means alot... no matter how good the food it.

We ordered sweet and sour shrimp and got sweet and sour fish...please refund the incorrect item.

Placed a delivery order at 7:45pm and paid in full online. It is now 9:15pm and my order has not yet been delivered and no one at the restaurant is answering my call. Very upsetting and frustrating!!!

I did not get what I ordered. I gave it to my grandaughter. So hungry for that Mongolian chicken but got Ku g Pao instead. It's good that my grandaughter likes peanuts. I DO NOT!

I didn’t know I was actually going to get my food until 10 minutes before so I had already eaten. And once the food arrived it wasn’t very good and made me and my partner sick
